		<description>Yeah, he&#039;s here!  Glad to see you post Bro, I was happy that all the exercise and non-overwhelmingly (Possibly a new word) good food allowed me to not completely blow the dietary efforts.  I am now a scant 14 pounds away from returning to the Y landscape from what I felt was my Z landscape.  For me we all want to live in an area that is comfortable and healthy. I called that the X zone of weight for me, and when I reached above the hundred pounds above that possibly healthy zone it became the Y zone, so that meant that I was 200 pounds above that area for me in the now known as Z zone.  All that skirts around what my actual weight is to those who aren&#039;t good with math, and allows me to simply say I&#039;m 14 lbs away from returning to the Y space.  Long comments are good for rambling obviously, but I&#039;m glad you&#039;ve finally posted and welcome to the worthy journey.  I&#039;m glad we&#039;re on it together.</description>
