My name is John West and I live and work in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.  Not that I live and work all over it daily but that I drive across it getting from where I sleep to where I work. I have been blogging on and off for over 10 years; I have shuttered my other sites as I have refocused my life on trying to become a better disciple of my God.

Their names and focus really didn’t align with what I am trying to become all about now.  Whereas someplace to journal my thoughts I am studying, or struggling through seemed a bit more in line with my desires about where i want to go in my life.
